Mental Health Awareness Week is 14th - 20th May. Stress is becoming increasingly prevalent in the UK. With more and more people taking time off work, with work related Stress.  One of the ways to relax both body and mind is to have regular massages. Massage helps to lower the stress hormone Cortisol in the body. As well as allowing your muscles to relax, the mind is balanced as well and this promotes better sleep and a better all over feeling of well being.
